Philippe Beau is originally from France where he received a degree in Business (major in statistics) from the University of Bordeaux. He moved to Florida in 1984, and proceeded to obtain a Bachelor degree from Eckerd College, a Master in Management from the University of Phoenix, and a PhD in Organizational /Industrial Psychology from Preston University.

Philippe's professional experience encompasses managing the Market Research Department for a large European home builder, to managing a construction company in Florida and managing his own land planning consulting and real estate management company.

Philippe was the recipient of the Irving G. Foster award for academic performance at Eckerd College, and served for three years on the City of Safety Harbor's Downtown Redevelopment Board. He received the 1998 Florida's Best Urban Redevelopment Project Award for the design and completion of a mixed-used project called Monroe Park in Dunedin, FL. He is currently a Board member of the Pinellas County Affordable Housing Loan Committee, and a Board member of the CB Chamber of Commerce.

Philippe lends his expertise to his Commercial Real Estate clients in terms of Land acquisitions, Entitlements and Development, and for mergers and acquisitions both as an associate with Klein & Heuchan, and as a consultant with American Land Planning Management, inc. Philippe is currently working on Worforce Housing projects, Net Zero development, and Assisted Living Facilities in the Tampa Bay area.

Philippe created an educational institute in 2012, called Business and Enterprise Alternative University Institute which welcomes about 50 students in average a year, mostly from France, who are studying international business. Typically, students experience 4 days of week as unpaid interns in Florida, and one day of class (seminar style). The institute's classes take place at St Petersburg College under an agreement with this university. www.BEAU.Institute.org
